Can you say this? Is God your firm foundation on which you can stand unshakeable? There are too many things going on in the world, in our nation, in our states, in our communities, in our families, and in our individual lives to process and understand. Without a firm foundation, you can easily be tossed to and fro or worse overwhelmed with anxiety and worry. Pour your heart to the Lord and then trust Him to work all things for His glory and according to His purposes. God is a refuge, but you have to know Him. “Seek the LORD while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near” (Isaiah 55:6). |
